Today I've participated in MS seminar devoted to S+S paradigm. This time they were much closer to the point of view I have :) As I wrote before I was surprised to hear S+S concept has MS implementation through SPLA program only! I think the reason for that was "Platform for Web Hosters" as a topic then.
Meanwhile the major material can be found in post of Gian Paolo. The speaker has unlikely added more, unfortunately...
